We'll establish your budget and select homes that most closely meet your unique needs. I will be there every step of the way during this process to ensure we find you the perfect home.

Submitting an offer 

Once you have found your perfect home we will write up an offer to the seller. I will walk you through this process to be sure you understand every aspect of your offer and any negotiations we do.

We will work together to determine the pricing of your home based on the market price of comparable homes and your expectations 

Prepare Your Home For Sale 

We'll get pictures done of your home (paid for by me), schedule an open house, and schedule viewing appointments. You'll want to make sure your home is completely ready to present to prospective home buyers. 

Recieve an Offer

Once you get an offer or offers we will review them together and decide our next steps. I will walk you through this process to make sure you understand each step of the way 

Closing Process 

Once you have accepted an offer, the buyer will have an inspection, and frequently will either ask for repairs, credits, or price reductions. I will help you navigate the best way to move forward.
